From the Founder’s desk
Rohit Puri
Rohit is the Founder of the Firm and advises its clients on all contentious matters. He has experience of almost two decades in dispute resolution relating to real estate, the oil & natural gas industry, education and healthcare, human resources, information technology, the pharma sector, financial and securities sector and consumer disputes. He has represented Public Sector Undertakings in various Courts. He appears before the National Company Law Tribunal in matters relating to mergers, demergers and cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. He also undertakes work pertaining to white-collar crimes. Part of his vertical also includes advising clients on their compliance issues, and human resource matters, reviewing agreements and advising clients with respect to anti-competition and labour laws in India. He has been appointed as a Senior Panel Counsel by the Government of India to represent their litigation in the Delhi High Court.
